That is what your average Child Protection Caseworker is committing, ona daily basis, to their "Clients", in one easy sentence.
Conveniently, the definition of Domestic Violence always seems to have to entertain the idea that it is family related. Of course, we don't want to admit that what the government is doing to our families and children is exactly that. Domestic Violence
