The public is now calling for the immediate resignation of John Paul Meehan, whom has continued to threaten and harass a mother, and accuse her of being associated with Alecomm (an organisation well-known for it's long-term charitable and benevolent assistance in helping parents and children who are being separated by spurious child protection workers and their "accomplices"). Many parents and parents turn to Alecomm for assistance after they are repeatedly screwed by the system in every sense, from the child protection workers who are allowed to repeatedly create a multitude of fictitious reasons for the removal of a child, to the down-right-cruel legal persons who purport to assist the innocent children and parents in a system so stacked against them, that its virtually impossible to believe until you have experienced it first-hand.
This resignation is required because there is now a massive conflict of interest between the case John Meehan represents, and his dislike of the Australian Legislative Ethics Commission. Because this mother imparticular, has sought the support of our organisation, this lawyer has now threatened her that he is going to place his negative publicity into affidavits in her court case - to be used against her - to decrease the amount of contact time she spends her one year old baby. And believe me, the judges in children's courts accept any reason to cut contact times between kids and parents - this ranges from having an opinion of facebook, to protesting about the corruption in the children's courts - all these actions are used to cut times parents have with children. Afterall, we cannot have the parents suffering at the hands of unlawful abusers letting the public know what is truly going on in the childrens courts now, can we.
This now makes the solicitor a party to the proceedings, not a legal representative, and for him to suddenly become a part of the proceedings, ie him using his own affidavits because he is disgruntled with the negative publicity he is receiving, is a conflict of interest, that even the NSW Office of Legal Services cannot deny. Preparations are now being made for contact with both the NSW Office of Legal Services, and the Ombudsman to have the solicitor removed from the case and a more impartial and professional government legal representative to replace him.
We wonder if this man has ever considered why he is getting such negative publicity at present. Could it be :
- He is implying that seeking provisions of support services is illegal.
- Seeking provisions of support services makes you an "accomplice" to a crime - for which you will be charged.
- Any bad publicity about him, will in turn be used against a parent to sever parental bonds with children.
- Continually threatening and harassing and staring at the opposition in children's court is okay.
- Telling parents you are going to have damages awarded against them, becuase he doesn't like bad publicity is okay also.
- Telling parents that Legal Aid will then charge them and have the government take this out of their income permanently is okay also.
This man not only deserves to lose his license, he belongs in a cell. Too bad the NSW Office of Legal Services Commission only sees fit to purport to keep these pigs in line, afterall, how can you repeatedly bite the hand that feeds you and get away with it? ** The NSW OLSC is funded by lawyers and solicitors...
