Strawberry Hills Child Protection Officers support Drink Driver Druggo Foster Carers

DoCS Strawberry Hills has just funded a nice new vehicle for a foster carer convicted of drink driving just recently for the third time.  Yes you heard it right, the foster carer has been charged with drink driving three times and still has the kids.  Now Child Protection Officers are enabling this drunk who has children in his care to drink drive more often.

Would it surprise you to know that this offender has numerous drug charges also, yet the children remain in his care, whilst the child protection officers who are fully aware of the criminals record, find it appropriate to give other members of the family the usual four one hour visits per year, supervised at a local docs office.  Also note these family members have never done a thing wrong except try and protect their children, do not have criminal records and were more than appropriate caregives for the children until DOCs CSC and Strawberry Hills decided that the children were much better off with abusive carers.

Congratulations Strawberry Hills, you are the docs officers of the month!  What a croc!  You ARE BREAKING THE LAW and MUST BE PUNISHED ... Considering Section 246 of the Child and Young Persons Care and Protection Act (Separation of children and young persons from offenders) States :

 (1) A child or young person who is in the care responsibility of the Director-General or in the parental responsibility of the Minister under this Act must not be accommodated in:

(a) premises for the accommodation of persons who have committed offences, or
(b) premises for the accommodation of persons who are on remand awaiting proceedings in respect of offences alleged to have been committed by them.

I would like to know why Theresa Tasende, Manager OOHC Surry Hills has not been dismissed after having been found to have "let the Davies children down for over 5 years, and to have white anted the Mother since 2007".As a last resort,knowing that if the father and the "carers" were to be cross examined, the children would have been removed from the Carers.So incensed was Senior Child Rep, Kathryn Renshaw, that she insisted the above was put on "record".Ms Tesandes, you will be in Court within 12 months to answer for your "White Anting".

Theresa Tesende doesn't let kids come to Family conferences as they are supoosed to. She hasn't organised one in over two years either.

I don't think those in charge of Strawberry Hills or anyone working in the OOHC has read the Code of Conduct and Ethics,or the Charter of Rights.They don't bother with reading affidavits or background Case Files.The Manager, an unpopular,mean, incompetent Spanish woman has had many complaints about her and for a long time she has been getting away with it.Theresa Tasende, who believes her 20 plus years entitles her to some sort of respect due to her so called expertise has recently made the complaints about her obvious to Child Reps, Lawyers and Magistrates, who seems to have the same lines, like a Mantra about Children in Long Term Care. She has over-stepped the line recently during Court proceedings, driven her own Solicitors to leaving the Case and sabotaging the case. The evidence is stacking up...transcript s and video, and emails will reveal this in the future.I am sure her Case Workers will throw a party.

Oh..Strawberry Hills you say! This makes perfect sense. Theresa Tesandes is the Manager. She is more than happy to provide fridges,and rent on houses with heated swimming pools as long as the children stay in long term care. She is very fixated on this and needs a Psych evaluation done on herself.How such a complete idiot ever managed to get this position is amazing. I feel sorry for her Case Workers. She ignores recommendations and walks all over them.

How do they give a convicted drunk a new car to drive around children in OOHC NSW.

These people at Strawberry Hills should be prosecuted immediatey.

Whoever David Elliot and Annette Gallard are ...the state of NSW would be better of without these two people.

Strawberry Hills signs off the paper work for new born babies to be stolen an hour after thier birth. David Elliot signs this paper work with NO QUESTIONS asked. Leaving the traumatised mother to be proven guilty with no CHANCE TO prove DoCs wrong.

The scent of ones maternal MOTHER is a NEW BORN BABY"S RIGHT ! THE MILK THAT FLOWS NATURALLY FROM HER BREAST IS A NEW BORN BABY"S RIGHT.

WHERE IS THE HUMANITY IN RIPPING A NEW BABY FROM IT"S MOTHERS BREAST

One would like to believe the above reporting of this DRUNKEN CRETTON who risks taking the lives of innocent people on the road in a drunken state is not true.

However we know it to be absolutely TRUE.

It just proves once again that this immoral Gov Dpt will go to great lenghths to protect and cover up thier employees/foste rcarers no matter what.

Shame on Strawberry Hills and SHAME on Director of Family and Children:David Elliot for allowing this irresponsible drunken driver to have the care of precious children.
