First one removed and she took off with new baby and had to be arrested. Only when 2 decent workers came along and apologised and then removed them from mothers care until 18 years of age. My grandson is now thriving. |

The Federal Circuit Court then awarded care to the Mother on interim. Child Protection wants the Father to have access to the child and do not support the Mother not exposing him to unacceptable behaviour. The child was then enrolled in a Christian school for disciplinary purposes and has had his life ruined by the department. A Magistrate ordered in 2011 that if the child becomes distressed he's to return to the Mother, the child was distressed on numerous occasions and observed being distressed by the CPWs including Rattray. The child does not want to return to the Father nor his low-rated school in his Father's zone. The department have guardianship and failed in their duty of care of case management and guardianship. |

A LEGAL ADVISER advised this family needed 1000 signature before any compassionate grounds could be claimed ...at 524 members on my.. v.o.t.s.. group on face book ..2 DAYS later MARGUERITTE MORRISON .who has a profile on me from 12 years ago assisted by ALISON MAHER with NO prior intervention or involvement sought magistrate order and police assistance and wrongfully & forcefully REMOVED 3 children from our family....they used lies to create false accusations againt both parents {and still have NO evidence to back there lies} placed the kids on a farm in the middle of no where with a gay couple who committed the unthinkable to our two yr old son ...Docs investigated the carers and said they have NO concerns ...then docs MOVED them seperated them and said it was because we knew where they were placed ..they have cancelled visits INDEFINATLY with 5 older siblings and other family members because my 9 yr old told his sister about wot these gay carers were doing with there baby brother .,CORRUPT, INCOMPETENT ,.BULLING ,ALIENATING ,NEGLECTING ,ABUSING .PERJURY , LIES , LIES ., LIES & MORE LIES !!!!!! |
