Referral to AFP required.

Dec 8, 2015 — A referral to the Australian Federal Police is required for the investigation of child abuse.

Grant Steven's Office, the South Australian Police
Commissioner has referred the case to a Senior SA Police Detective who stated he would look at the evidence of 8 years of reports of child sexual and physical and psychological abuse a few weeks ago, only to inform me recently there was nothing SA Police could do about child abuse because of Family Court Orders.

A Family Court Judge has recently stated the powers of the South Australian Police are independent of the Family Court of Australia.

The Australian Federal Police, Child Protection Operations informed me they only investigate child abuse when evidence is online.

I submit this SA Police interview of intercourse with a minor as evidence of child abuse for the purpose of seeking an urgent AFP investigation into 8 years of evidence of child sexual, physical and psychological abuse which Families SA records state they lacked the resources to investigate, SA Police negligently claim they have no power when a Family Court order is in place, and Justice Bell believes children engaged in adult sexual behaviour is 'normal' and Justice Dawe believes reporting intercourse with a minor and physical assaults of children is 'vexatious'.

The Office/Department of the Federal Attorney General, George Brandis has stated nothing can be done due to the independence of the judiciary and the executive in our Westminster System of Government (even though our Federal MPs appoint the judges who believe adult sexual behaviour in young children is normal).

The South Australian Police
Ombudsman also refuses to respond to the fact that South Australian Police Minister Tony Piccolo has lied about the reports of child rape and anal injuries to Hon Christopher Pyne, contradicting CEO of Families SA Tony Harrison.

Following AFP referral to the media, the media who have seen the evidence in this case have referred me to police.

Hopefully someone in the international or Australian community will refer this post to the AFP for investigation because the South Australian Police, Families SA and Family Court do not investigate child abuse in Australia.
