Explosive evidence of corruption inside Royal Commission

“Explosive Evidence Of Corruption Inside Royal Commission”

How is it that SC assisting the Royal Commission,Gail Furness, is allowed to cross examine her SSM partner, Maree Walk? That’s right! Gail Furness is married to Maree Walk, Head of Out Of Home Care N.S.W, including Foster Care and Adoptions. Justice McLelland and his Intrepid Religous Zealots, have completely ignored our calls to have this “Conflict Of Interest” investigated. Complaints to the Royal Commission themselves have also been ignored. Maree Walk oversaw the William Tyrell disappearance in her role as head of out of home care and also the death of young Braxton, two cases that highlights her reign and the carnage left.If the Royal commission wont act, on what is clearly a “Conflict Of Interest” then that leaves us with no choice other than lodge a complaint with F.A.C.S N.S.W head honcho, Michael Coutts Trotter!

What’s this? Michael Coutts Trotter, husband to Tanya Plibersek, is not only the head of F.A.C.S, N.S.W but a convicted Herion trafficker! WTF is going on? We have the head of Out Of Home Care giving “Corrupt” evidence to the Royal Commission whilst being questioned by her WIFE, Gail Furness! Maree Walk’s boss is a convicted drug trafficker who is in charge of the very Dept that is under the spotlight for the disappearance of William Tyrell and the litany of Abuse and cover-up within the walls of F.A.C.S, N.S.W. The buck stops with this “Motley Crew” of miscreants! I have it on very good authority that a senior F.A.C.S member was convicted of multiple CSA charges and sentenced to home detention. That person then went missing on over 80 occasions, his ankle monitor alerting F.A.C.S workers who would simply go out, find him, then return him home without so much as lodging a report!I believe these allegation have been swept under the  carpet by F.A.C.S and the Royal Commission. Imagine the Dinner Table conversation at the Furness/Walk household regarding Williem Tyrell and the Royal Commissions intent on covering it up!

The Mullighan Inquiry coverups and an eighty year supression order in South Australia

On 1 April 2008, the South Australian Children in State Care Commission of Inquiry report was tabled in State Parliament. Commissioner Ted Mullighan QC led the associated inquiry which included 1592 allegations of sexual abuse and the investigation of the deaths of 924 children in state care.

The Mulligan Inquiry has an 80 year suppression order on it. This Suppression Order must be removed, it is there for one reason only, To Hide The Guilty.. The suppression order was put in place by the then Attorney General and now Speaker of the house Michael Atkinson with Mike Rann. Evidence in regards to some of the missing children was handed to the Mulligan Inquiry and was never investigated, in particular the Joanne Ratcliffe and Kirste Gordon cases.

NSW Govt 'to protect' Goward from inquiry

The NSW opposition claims Premier Barry O'Farrell is trying to protect Pru Goward by saying lower house ministers need not attend an inquiry into ministerial conduct.

Mr O'Farrell mocked the opposition's establishment of the Legislative Council Committee on Ministerial Propriety during question time on Thursday.

While he said he expects himself or any current or former minister in the upper house chamber to front the inquiry if requested, he did not propose any minister of the Legislative Assembly attend.

That was depicted by the opposition as a damning assessment of the Family and Community Services Minister by her leader given that the committee's first hearing planned to focus on "misleading statements" made by Ms Goward to parliament.

Child Protection Inquiry chief accuses child protection officers of 'over-reacting' and seeks review of children in care

SOME children would be better off in an inadequate or even risky home where they were loved rather than being sent to foster care, according to the man behind Queensland's child protection inquiry.

Commissioner Tim Carmody is set to recommend every one of the state's 8000 children in care be individually checked to see if they can return to their families.

He accused some child protection officers of "over-reacting" by taking children away from dysfunctional parents, instead of giving families the help they need.

Child protection report lacks crucial national detail on abuse in out-of-home care

The Australian Institute of Health and Welfare has released a new report showing that one in 32 Australian children received child protection services in 2016-17, with 74% being repeat clients.

The report also noted that the number of children receiving child protection services rose by about 25% over five years, which may “relate to changes in the underlying rate of child abuse and neglect, increases in notifications, and access to services, or a combination of these factors.”

It follows the Royal Commission into Institutional Responses to Child Sexual Abuse’s final report, which included 409 recommendations to make institutions safer places for children.

One of the Commission’s most striking findings was that Australia’s alternate care systems cannot protect children from abuse.
