I will be providing a detailed and up-to-date summation and analysis of the Family Court Survey, but in the meantime, as a Christmas greeting, I will lay out (anecdotally) some of what I have learned in the last few months (and a thank you to those tenacious people who have been educating me).
In Gumshoe’s articles on this Family Court sexual abuse issue, many accusations are against fathers who have a predilection to abusing their children — and in some cases is sharing the child with others. I am sure that the many good fathers reading these articles may be feeling that their gender is getting a bad rap. But, I’d like to clear this matter up right away.
The abuse of children in the system, and child protection is across the board — BOTH genders. In fact there seems to be an “army of women” in the front-line orchestrating and facilitating all this abuse.

Adoption is the ultimate for of child abuse. While adopters say the child was "Chosen", the child has no say in the matter. Is it any surprise then that the failure rate of adoption is as high as 1 in 4? Or that the suicide rate is very high? Or that there are probably millions of people around the world suffering from a "Primal Wound" and desperate to find out who they are?
Adoption is a selfish act, you take other peoples children to raise as your own on the basis that if they were left with their family, that they might have a bad outcome in life and the almost guarantee them bad outcomes? A judge once said; "Adoption is the breaking up of one family to create another". Children are not pets that can be moved from home to home. Biology means everything, babies start their relationship with their parents in the womb. These babies do not come from "orphanages", there are very few orphanages left in the world. The Adoption Industry is a legal child-trafficking operation, there is big money to be made.
We are a registered and well known charity, who are supported by other well known advocates. The only people who dislike us are corrupt. Those people we don't care about and are the ones we go after for that exact reason.
We are the only organisation in the country that audit case files for compliance with law and we are very good at what we do.
We also run various RISE programs - which were introduced by the FBI in 1996.
Cartel lawyers in Goulburn are quickly closing rank in an effort to stifle the smell of corruption that currently emanates from the NSW children's court.
Intimidating letters meant to threaten victims and their families into silence are still flowing from solicitors who have no idea of the incoming tsunami heading their way in epic proportions.
And so the evidence continues to pile up in favour of those who have had their families ripped apart in order to fill the pockets of those who reap the rewards whilst victims have suffered in silence for far too long.
Cartel activities are finally being exposed in Goulburn district, with irrefutable evidence that hopes to shine a light on those who traffick children under the nose of the taxpayers who honestly believe child protection is not a business.
Businesses that make agreements with their competitors to fix prices, rig bids, share markets or restrict outputs are breaking laws and stealing from consumers and businesses by inflating prices, reducing choices and damaging the economy. [i] Some estimates suggest that while a cartel is operating, the price of affected commodities rises by at least 10 per cent. Worldwide, cartels steal billions of dollars every year. [ii]
In Goulburn NSW, there are three lawyers designated to work on the NSW Children’s Court Care Panel. Lawyers on the “Care Panel” are specifically trained to deal with care and protection matters in NSW. For remote and rural areas, where care and protection proceedings have been instituted by the state, one lawyer is allocated to the children in the case, one is allocated to the department and the other will be the duty lawyer, in which will take on the case for the parents.
Can someone please explain why the Australian Newspapers to not appear to print a balanced view of child protection? All they ever print is how hard done by the caseworkers are (even when they allow a child to be harmed), yet only print how bad parents are. In fact, even the worst parents do most of the caring for the children, and caseworkers do nothing practical for the children. All they ever do is paperwork. So long as they get their paperwork done everything appears OK.
Why are parents time pressures and needs not printed ever, to ensure proper community supports for parents, but the papers are fixated on staffing levels and the daily routines of handsomely paid social workers?
Here is the SMH complaining about staffing level on behalf of social workers : Click here And here they are again complaining about the daily routine... They claim to be really busy but appear to have enough time to lobby and talk to the newspapers ... Click here. What a joke.
Back when cases involving missing children – many of them runaways from foster care – were making headlines in Washington, D.C., Marie Cohen rushed to try to shift responsibility from a failing foster care system. She told us to be sure to remember that a majority of missing children in the District of Columbia “are fleeing their own homes, not foster care.”
That’s a testament not to the success of foster care but rather to the immutable laws of mathematics. Despite the best efforts of those pushing endlessly for a take-the-child-and-run approach to child welfare, a majority of children still live in their own homes, so those will be the homes from which a majority of runaways run.

One of Australia's most high-profile providers of disability services, Lifestyle Solutions, is under review by both the Victorian Government and the NSW Ombudsman after a series of deaths of its clients and other alarming reports about the abuse and neglect of some disabled people in its care.

SOCIAL services departments are failing in their duty to care for our most vulnerable children, as shocking new figures show almost one in 10 kids in residential care homes in NSW were sexually abused in a single year.
The horrific statistic follows revelations by The Daily Telegraph last week that 41-year-old Coffs Harbour carer Dennis Kelly was facing charges of raping a 13-year-old girl living at a care home on the NSW north coast. Children living in residential care centres are among the most vulnerable in the community because they are deemed too unstable to be housed with a family.
And although they make up less than five per cent of all out-of-home-care children — the rest live with foster parents or relatives — they account for a third of all claims of sexual abuse against foster children made to the royal commission into child abuse.
Latest reports published by the NSW government are deliberately misleading the amount of children who die under their watch. First Pru Goward blended the deaths of children in foster care with those who were “known to the system”. Now any child placed on a Guardianship Order is not even “classified” as being in out of home care, meaning those statistics have been removed/hidden also
It seems our government will stop at nothing to keep those shiny dollars coming in for the golden stakeholders, whom thrive exponentially whilst obliterating families.
